A Rheinmetall Return

  1. Good to see you coming up for air! You are right, fatherhood's a heck of a journey - and I like your balanced approach to risk management - no boundary was ever defined without stepping over it at least once.

  3. Beautifully written reflections on parenthood. (And I love your boys' names!)

  5. Nice typecast. I had three boys and now they're all grown up I have no excuse, except work, for all of the typewriters I have yet to fix, clean, and re-ribbon (this includes a Rheinmetall KST)!

  6. Rob - my wife and I have definitely had to amend our parenting expectations. With all new parents, we were totally idealistic and tried to go by the book. We had the best of intentions of course. With the 2nd one, we let him juggle knives as they say.

Ted - I hope to be able to be around more often. We have a real nice little community here and it's crazy how we almost feel like we know each other, hell some of us know each other in real life now. All because of the typewriter!

Richard - thank you my friend!

Ton - wait until you get one of your own, it's crazy fun.

Steve - fixing these bad boys is certainly a labor of love. nice blog btw!
