  1. I've not been on shopgoodwill.com for a few months. I'd like a model O, but not until I move. I have had very good results with shopgoodwill, com. They do package typewriters very good.

    1. Bill - ive gotten 2 machines from shopgoodwill. One typer had a case so it was packaged in a flat rate box and about 5 packing peanuts.luckily it arrived with no damage. The 2nd machine didnt have a case and its prob a 25lb machine and they didnt double box it. They just stuck it in the box with some packing peanuts. It arrived and I couldnt believe they packed it so carelessly so I swore off them and havent bid since. That machine btw is my voss script and somehow it was not damaged in transport

  2. I've mostly concentrated on my own area for actual purchases so I can pick up. However, the M44 standard was packed well and made the trip unscathed.

  3. Bonus points to them for the description, sense of humour there :)

Intriguing also - what creatures could that be? Mice? Spiders? Bats?
(And are they still there, included in the purchase??)

    1. Exactly! Small creatures??? Because they did not specify like cute bunnies, a family of mice, even lizards of various species, I had to assume it was worse than that. It was unmentionable so maybe: 100s of small snakes, garden snails, centipedes, something carrying deadly or harmful bacteria.
So not worth the risk hahaha
